Our Full Service Design Package is ideal for clients who want a complete design plan tailored to their home. From concept development to final design selections, we create a cohesive and detailed roadmap that allows your project to move forward with confidence.

How It Works:
Scope of Work
We begin by understanding your goals, lifestyle, budget, and vision for the space. A detailed scope of work is created outlining the project direction and deliverables.
Design Development
We create your custom design concept, including layouts, mood boards, material selections, furniture selections, and finish recommendations.
Design Presentation
Your complete design plan is presented for review and approval. Revisions are made as needed within the included revision allowance.
Implementation
Once the design is approved, you may choose to implement the project independently or request additional procurement, project coordination, and installation support services.
IMPORTANT
The $3,500 fee covers design services only and is priced per room. This includes concept development, mood boards, space planning, floor plans, furniture and finish selections, design presentations, and two rounds of revisions.
Procurement, vendor coordination, purchasing assistance, project coordination, site visits, contractor communication, installation support, and implementation services are available separately and may be quoted based on the scope and level of involvement required.
