Florida Condo Project

The vision for this project was to create a calm, elevated space for a couple living right along the marina, with beautiful open views that naturally became part of the design. They wanted something simple and contemporary, with a soft, beach-neutral feel that still felt refined.

For this fully cosmetic redesign, we focused on a light, airy palette with warm neutrals and subtle texture to enhance the natural light and connection to the water. Every element was selected to feel relaxed yet intentional, bringing a sense of quiet luxury without overpowering the surroundings.

This was a fully virtual design project, carefully tailored to reflect the couple’s lifestyle while honoring the beauty of their location.
